    COVID Anxiety

It’s been noted that people with COVID anxiety experience increased post-traumatic stress symptoms, higher daily stress levels, anxiety attacks, and health concerns. If these symptoms go untreated, they can manifest into depression and/or physiological issues.

Have you experienced increased stress and anxiety during COVID?

Are you struggling to learn what the new normal is and how to cope during the Pandemic?

Have you felt alone and isolated and afraid to reach out?

Acceptance is the first step to launching your therapy journey. We can work as a team to help you gain the coping skills and tools to help you face and overcome unanticipated challenges in life.

Whether you’re struggling with social isolation, fear of COVID, or on the fence with the COVID vaccine, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. I can help you overcome daily struggles, achieve your goals, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life during the Pandemic.

You are a unique person and may be facing challenges you never anticipated. We will work together to understand, accept and address issues with coping strategies, helping you get closer to the life you want to resume.

If you’re ready to take the next step along this journey, then reach out… I’m only a text message, email or phone call away!

Let today be the first day of the next chapter of your life!

    About Bonnie Henderson

My story began when I returned to college as a parent and was experiencing issues with co-parenting. I took what I learned in social work school; a strengths-based cognitive behavior approach (thoughts lead to actions) and applied it to my own life circumstance. I believe that my personal experience, education and developed life skills have worked together to help me become a better therapist; i.e., a master listener, empathizer and trouble-shooter. During the past 15 years, my clients have included children, adolescents, couples and families in addition to formerly incarcerated individuals who are re-integrating into family life and work.
